I don’t know what has taken me so long to post these, oh no… wait I know, it was the everlasting Summer of 2016! May 8th was Mother’s Day, and these sessions were a little before that, so the Summer just snuck in and made me forget to post these beauties. But here we are all ready for Fall, and it’s kinda nice to look back on that late Spring sunshine. 14 families were photographed over two very sunny days in April- this has always been my most popular mini. 70% of families were returning clients, and my new clients were so wonderful to work with. I think one of the reasons this is my most popular mini is because the theme of a Mother’s love is so universal. No matter who you are or where you come from, you understand it. It is a tiny soft touch, or a giant laugh that warms your soul. A mother’s love goes beyond words and locations and cultures; it is pure love, and it is a language of its own. When I look at these pictures there are no two families alike, no two stories run the same course. But they all have that underlying theme of love and family bonds. I don’t think I will ever stop doing these Sessions. Handing these moments over to these clients is just golden. They can’t believe I caught it all. But I did! And I do. And I always will. <3
Love to all the Moms out there.
