Mommy and Me Adorable Pin-Up Session
This Mommy and Me Pin-Up session was so much fun! I was super excited when Mom came to me with this idea back in August, because I did a milk bath session with her and her youngest son when he was still nursing. Lorie is a photographer herself, super creative, and great to work with. For the milk bath session, she brought her own flowers. It was amazing and the photos came out gorgeous!
For her Mommy and Me session with her daughter, Emalyn, Lorie wanted to do a session mimicking the classic “pin-up” style of the 1940’s. They dressed in adorable matching plaid shirts and converse shoes. I loved her idea, and we went out into Downtown Hammonton to look for the perfect spots to shoot. We had originally planned to end up at the ice cream shop, but there were so many other great spots that we never made it! The shoot took about 40 minutes, and I am so happy with the results.
Later, we did an ordering session at her house. Mom ordered an album for Emalyn so she can have these photos forever, and so they can both remember this time in their lives and a beautiful day.
