Luciana and her puddle! I met little Luciana when she was just a newborn! This shoot was for her second birthday, but my goodness does she have an old soul. Luciana, Mom, and Mom’s sister all met me at Batsto on a pretty weeknight last month. Luciana was dressed in her finest tutu from Wraredoll, but was not at all happy to be there! That is, until she found some puddles. In her immaculate ivory dress, Luciana played, stomped, splashed, and sat comfortably in the muddy Batsto rain puddle. Happy as a…well, a two year old in a mud puddle! LuLu has modeled for Diapers.com, Osh Kosh, and many other companies, so I knew she was not stranger in front of the camera. But sometimes it is the unpredictable that makes a session so beautiful. I hope you had a happy birthday Luciana, you sure did make me smile!
