I photographed big brother Bennett when he was just a tiny baby! Now look at him! So handsome with his new little sister Lucy. I am obsessed with Lucy’s cheeks. Cheeks for days! She is a sweetie pie too. I love how this gallery turned out but I have to say that the B&W images are the ones that stand out the most to me in this session. I feel like it caught something extra in the moments. It’s the tiny details we forget about during these fleeting days of having a newborn. The peeling feet, the tiny milk bubbles, all stand as reminders of how quickly time moves. I delight in every newborn session for just this reason. It means so much to me to capture them how they are today, right now. Because tomorrow they will change- just a tiny, beautiful, bittersweet bit. Love to this family!
