Will you just look at those peepers! Zack came in for his sitter session (part of his First Year Journey) and I could not get over his baby blue eyes. I also can’t stop admiring the bone colored backdrop that I picked up at B&H- I love it! Its neutral enough to not be a distraction but it somehow really brings the subject to life. And hey I am going to pat myself on the back right here and say that I made the wooden backdrop all by myself with some pieces I found at Home Depot. And what’s a sitter session without some naked baby bum?
It’s so funny, a baby can be having a really challenging session, but once those clothes come off…BAM! Happy baby. It’s a smiley road to Giggletown. Babies love to be naked. You do have to work quickly though because they also love to surprise you with a little sprinkle when you are least expecting it. I talk about my new wooden bucket too. I got it for JD Vintage Props, and I am in love with it. It is perfect size for little bums, and babies love exploring it with their curious little hands.
I can’t wait to see my Blue Eyed Zack for his 1 year session that is not too far off in the future. Keep smiling Zack!
