Ahhhhhh, another Cake Smash by the ocean. Hello Declan you cute little one year old. What a happy day- but a sad one for me as this session concludes our First Year Journey together! What a year it has been! Declan’s brother was visiting from Hawaii, so the beach theme was perfect. He was happy to come and watch this session too. I have to also point out the Point Break surfboard that was painted by a relative- so cool! This is very much a beach-loving family to say the least! Declan as well- he loved every moment of being on 59th Street Beach, sitting on a surfboard, eating some birthday cake. No one can believe how quickly these sessions go.
It takes me longer to drive down to the beach than the actual duration of the session itself. You would never know though! These shots are so great and I know Mom and Dad will love them forever. Ocean City was not quite in full swing yet when I shot this Cake Smash, we pretty much had the beach to ourselves. It made me very excited for the King of All Seasons- SUMMER.
