Baby Ryan was awake for the first 25 minutes of our session, so I got some really cool images that are not always typical for a newborn shoot. Usually babies are asleep during our studio time, so seeing a newborn look straight into your lens is something really special. I feel like when little babies look at me, they know all the secrets of the universe. Ryan’s mom works as a teacher in our good ole town of Hammonton, and this session was actually a gift from her co-workers at school. Love my local connections! I had to sneak in mom and dad at the end of this session because they were so doting over their baby, it was adorable. Ryan is happily swaddled in a wrap from Dolly Priss, and I have to tag B&H for the new background in the shots with the parents.
Clients usually book me 3-4 weeks in advance before the birth of their baby. I am glad this couple got in when they did because I am booked almost through the Spring! Love you Ryan!
