This maternity in red quickly became one of my favorites EVER! When Alyssa showed me this red dress for our maternity session I about died! I knew she would make the most stunning subject in this wintery scene. I was so grateful when she contacted me to book a First Year Journey session as she was expecting a new baby girl! Alyssa owns Infinity Salon & Boutique in Hammonton NJ. We had a cold and breezy day for our session but momma was a trooper. The ground was soaked from the rain the day prior also.
So, even though it was not so great conditions for her maternity, her and Rey were willing to hang in that field with me for 45 minutes as that gorgeous sun set right over them. I immediately had chills when I saw her in this gorgeous red maternity gown with that beautiful baby bump of hers. I used my antique paint seat from my childhood which I had pictured using months before to go well with my red subject. I am so excited that I get to photograph them at least 2 more times!
