This is Amelia. She is one! This was supposed to be a cake smash, but when it came time for the cake, Amelia had other plans! She wanted nothing to do with it lol! I think she got one good handful and was done. The unpredictability of kids is the best, and we still had a great session. Amelia was happy and loving with her mommy and daddy. She was so content in their arms. I met Amelia as a freshie about a year ago when mom brought her in for a Newborn Session. Now Mommy is 37 weeks pregnant with a little brother for Amelia- I can’t wait to meet him! This lovely family if from the shore, and they wanted a quiet beach vibe for this shoot. So we set out for wide beaches of Longport at sunset.
The sun a was a little shy that day, but the clouds were perfectly fine for a shoot! We actually got some fog too which turned out to be pretty cool. I try and shoot despite the impending weather. I mean, unless there is some crazy stuff happening out there, I love the way weather affects the variety of my work.
